The Nike Mercurial Vapor XVII Elite FG Soccer Cleats are designed for firm-ground surfaces and integrate Nike Air Zoom propulsion to support propulsive strides. The Air Zoom unit provides responsive lift aligned to world-class benchmarks with every touch. A wave-like traction pattern and cascading studs maximize surface contact for controlled grip during rapid accelerations. The system maintains consistent traction through dynamic moves because the largest stud height matches the mid-row studs.
Advanced studs with evolved chevron and blade configurations work with the surface-area-focused pattern to support acceleration, deceleration, and swift cuts. The upper features Nike Gripknit to enhance ball touch at high speeds, while the micromolding texture forms to the foot for a secure, weather-agnostic grip. A full Flyknit upper combined with Atomknit on the sides reinforces the fit for additional support and reduced weight.
